The completed service is covered by a start-up warranty only, which means that after confirming correct execution no further warranty is provided. All repairs are carried out only on properly functioning computers with a clean operating system. Otherwise the device must first be brought back to a correct working state according to the main service price list. The technician may refuse to perform the service in the event of an unusual client configuration or any other situation that prevents delivery of the required service quality.
